The Retained Private Office for Ontario’s High Net Worth Families
Institutional Delivery, Personal Stewardship and Sophisticated Wealth Architecture
Proven, Trusted Advice — Decades of affluent family advisory experience.
Access sophisticated, multi-generational support and continuity from highly credentialed, specialist advisors.
Integrated Guidance
Wealthy families rarely lack advisors. They lack architecture. At meaningful levels of wealth, tax, legal, investment, insurance, governance, and family dynamics are managed across separate disciplines — each competent in isolation, yet uncoordinated as a system.
Senatus Wealth serves as your retained private family office. We organize priorities, define strategy, coordinate specialists, and ensure every decision is executed in alignment with your long-term objectives. You should not have to manage your accountants, lawyers, investment managers, and insurers on your own. That is our role.
What Does Senatus Private Advisory Do?
Your Senatus Wealth Private Advisory team provides comprehensive oversight and coordination of your family's financial affairs — spanning wealth architecture, investment oversight, risk management, insurance design, estate and succession planning, governance, next-generation education, philanthropy, and real estate coordination.
We are independently owned, conflict-free, and compensated by retainer. Not by product placement. Not by asset gathering. Not by proprietary fund sales.
Onboarding A structured orientation across your complete financial ecosystem. We gather documents, map entities, clarify responsibilities, and surface gaps that prior advice may have missed. Most families uncover more in the first weeks than in years of fragmented counsel.
Ongoing Cadence Quarterly formal reviews. Bespoke advisory between them. An annual comprehensive architecture audit. Your wealth is never left unmanaged.
Response Standards Your dedicated team responds within 24 hours. You are never routed to a call centre, an intake form, or a junior associate. Direct access to the professionals who know your family.
Consolidated Oversight One team coordinates your full advisory ecosystem — wealth management, tax, legal, risk, banking, lending, and succession. Nothing operates in isolation. Nothing falls between the cracks.
Our Role
Senatus Wealth Private Advisory serves five functions within your financial life:
Architect. The integrated wealth blueprint that governs every downstream decision.

Interpreter. Complex technical analysis translated into clear choices with defined trade-offs.
Accountability. Agreed-upon work completed properly, on time, and in sequence.
Continuity. Sustained alignment as life, law, and family circumstances evolve.

How Decisions Happen
Our clients are leaders, entrepreneurs, and families with demands on their time.
They do not want more meetings. They want clarity.
We distil complex work into structured recommendations with defined trade-offs. You make the decisions. We ensure they are executed in sequence, monitored, and never left unfinished.
How the Process Works
A Structured Path From Complexity to Clarity
From Complexity to Clarity
Our mandate is simple: organize, coordinate, and execute. We replace fragmented advice with a disciplined system that moves your financial life forward in deliberate stages.
Orientation We gather documents, map entities, clarify responsibilities, and understand priorities, relationships, and constraints. This stage surfaces structural gaps, outdated planning, unmeasured risks, and missed opportunities. Most families discover more here in weeks than in years of prior advice.
Blueprint Design Findings become a prioritized action architecture — what should be done, in what order, by whom, and why it matters. No noise. No theory. Clear direction.
Specialist Mobilization We engage the appropriate tax, legal, investment, and risk professionals — from your existing circle or our network — and keep them aligned. You are not left managing the process.
Decision Points Complex analysis becomes clear decisions. We present the relevant options, trade-offs, costs, and likely outcomes. You approve the path. We drive execution.
Implementation & Continuity Work gets completed. Structures get maintained. As life, law, and family circumstances evolve, we update the system — so yesterday's planning does not become tomorrow's exposure.
Retainer Instead of Commissions
Independence Changes the Conversation
Most financial models compensate the advisor for selling something.
Ours compensates for judgment, coordination, and intellectual capital.
We do not gather assets. We evaluate any manager, platform, or strategy on merit. We do not recommend products because they generate compensation. We do not benefit from complexity — if simplification improves your position, we recommend simplification.
We sit on your side of the table. Our only interest is the durability of your plan.
Why Families Choose This Model
The most consequential wealth problems are rarely solved by buying something new.
They are solved by organizing what already exists, correcting inefficiencies, coordinating professionals, and maintaining discipline over time.
The Outcome
One coordinated strategy — not a collection of disconnected transactions.

Our role, obligations, and compensation vary depending on the nature of the services provided and the agreements in place with each client.
Where we act in an advisory capacity, our role is to provide strategic guidance, coordinate the implementation of wealth architecture, and oversee the engagement of specialists on your behalf. Where we facilitate insurance solutions, we act as licensed insurance advisors under applicable provincial legislation. Investment advisory or portfolio management services, where provided, are delivered in accordance with applicable securities legislation and registration requirements in the relevant Canadian jurisdiction.

Where Senatus Wealth coordinates with external professionals — including accountants, lawyers, investment managers, or other specialists — we do not assume liability for the advice, services, or outcomes provided by those independent professionals. It is your responsibility to evaluate and act upon any recommendations in consultation with your own advisors.
